Nazih KSA is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital marketing efforts and drive sales on Nazih's e-commerce platform. You will own platform performance, set monthly plans, and coordinate campaigns across paid channels to meet targets from Khobar office.

You will optimize tracking with GTM, GA4, and MMPs, analyze customer journeys, improve product pages and checkout, and lead SEO and retention initiatives to lift traffic and CLV.

Qualifications

• Proven digital marketing management with direct e-commerce sales responsibility.
• Hands-on expertise in paid advertising and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.

Responsabilités

• Own platform sales performance, including revenue targets, conversion rate, average order value, and repeat purchases.
• Develop monthly sales and marketing plans, aligning campaigns with targets and stock availability.
• Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok.
• Manage marketing budgets, improve ROAS, and control customer acquisition costs.
• Oversee tracking through GTM, GA4, AppsFlyer, advertising pixels, and conversion APIs with technical teams.
• Analyze the customer journey from ad engagement to purchase and optimize product pages, navigation, and checkout.
• Lead SEO, remarketing, and retention campaigns to increase traffic and customer lifetime value.
• Coordinate content and campaign execution with internal teams and agencies.
• Report on sales vs targets, campaign performance, and profitability with corrective actions.
