Job summary

Maersk is seeking an experienced Fulfillment Account Manager to manage a portfolio of e-commerce fulfillment customers, ensuring operational excellence and high customer satisfaction. You will be the primary contact between customers and internal operations teams.

You will lead cross-functional coordination with Operations, Transportation, Inventory, IT and Customer Service, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and drive onboarding, implementation and continuous improvement while supporting account growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Fulfillment, Warehousing, Logistics or Account Management.
• Technical Knowledge: Order Fulfillment, Inventory Management, WMS, Last Mile Operations, E-commerce Platforms.
• KPIs: Customer Satisfaction, SLA Achievement, Customer Retention, Account Growth, Order Fulfillment Performance and Inventory Accuracy

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of e-commerce fulfillment customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand business requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and ensure service levels are achieved.
• Lead WBRs, MBRs and QBRs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Inventory, IT and Customer Service teams.
• Analyze operational data and provide recommendations.
• Support onboarding and implementation of new customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support account growth opportunities.
