Job summary

Maersk Line Limited is seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Customer Manager in Jeddah to grow strategic relationships with ecommerce clients and ensure operational excellence. You will coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Inventory, IT and Customer Service to meet KPIs and SLAs.

The role requires managing multiple accounts, driving improvement initiatives, and supporting onboarding of new customers while seeking opportunities for account growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, logistics or account management.
• Knowledge of order fulfillment, inventory management, WMS, last mile operations and e-commerce platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of e-commerce fulfillment customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand business requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and ensure service levels are achieved.
• Lead WBRs, MBRs and QBRs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Inventory, IT and Customer Service teams.
• Analyze operational data and provide recommendations.
• Support onboarding and implementation of new customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support account growth opportunities.
