Job summary

Maersk is seeking a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of ecommerce fulfillment customers in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will build strong customer relationships, understand business requirements, and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure service levels are met.

The role involves leading business reviews, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving continuous improvement to support onboarding and growth of customer accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Fulfillment, Warehousing, Logistics or Account Management.
• Experience analyzing operational data and driving improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of e-commerce fulfillment customers.
• Build strong customer relationships and understand business requirements.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs and ensure service levels are achieved.
• Lead WBRs, MBRs and QBRs.
• Coordinate with Operations, Transportation, Inventory, IT and Customer Service teams.
• Analyze operational data and provide recommendations.
• Support onboarding and implementation of new customers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support account growth opportunities.
