Job summary

Agile Consultants is seeking an Operations & Coordination Lead to manage day-to-day operations, coordinate with partners, and oversee administrative and financial processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

You will support marketing activities, prepare reports, and liaise with external agencies to ensure campaigns run smoothly. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Operations, Coordination, Executive Assistant, Project Coordination, or Marketing Support.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with coordinating external vendors, suppliers, and partners.
• Basic financial administration including expense tracking and invoices.
• Ability to prepare professional presentations and reports.
• Discretion handling confidential information.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
• Valid UAE driving licence with access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication with partners, suppliers, agencies and external stakeholders.
• Manage project timelines and track action items to meet deadlines.
• Support planning and execution of marketing activities and content coordination.
• Liaise with external marketing agencies for campaigns and promotions.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations and campaign logistics.
• Track expenses and maintain financial records; prepare invoices and reports.
• Support financial summaries and board meeting materials.
• Develop presentations, proposals and business documents.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel and admin requirements.
• Maintain documentation and filing for operational and financial records.
• Identify process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Provide general admin and operational support to leadership.
