Job summary

Devoteam Middle East is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex software products. You will plan in Agile, coordinate resources, manage risks, and ensure on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery while maintaining strong client communication.

You will apply DevOps/DevSecOps perspectives to drive performance, governance, and digital transformation in a fast-paced environment, with fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in software projects and IT-related programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field.
• Subject Matter Expert in Project Management with knowledge of Agile, DevOps and DevSecOps.
• Professional PMP and PMI-ACP certifications are highly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with fluency in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex software products within time, scope and budget.
• Plan projects in Agile frameworks and coordinate technical resources and risks.
• Manage project performance through DevOps/DevSecOps lenses and ensure client alignment.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders and provide regular updates on health and quality.
• Drive governance, improve project management practices, and support digital transformation.
• Oversee budgeting, invoices and milestones; monitor financial constraints.
• Adhere to PMO practices and governance.
