Job summary

Ajeer in Riyadh is seeking an operations professional to accelerate onboarding and launch of new projects with structure. You will enhance partner experience, own projects post-signing, and lead kickoff activities.

You will monitor early performance up to 100 orders, pursue opportunities via Etimad, and help expand the service provider network for city expansions, targeting large-scale government and private sector projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations, or related field.
• 2–5 years of operations, project coordination, or business operations experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with external partners or in a B2B environment.
• Familiarity with government platforms (Etimad) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and execution mindset.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate onboarding and launch of new projects with structure.
• Enhance partner experience and ensure high-quality operational collaboration.
• Take ownership of new projects post-contract signing and lead kickoff.
• Monitor early-stage project performance until the first 100 orders are successful.
• Identify opportunities through platforms such as Etihad (اعتماد).
• Support expansion of the service provider network aligned with city expansions.
• Contribute to securing large-scale projects across government and private sectors.
