Job summary

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Knowledge of molding processes and equipment operation.
• Basic safety knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and process requirements for transformer molding operations.
• Operate molding machines and equipment for dry type transformer production.
• Prepare molds, materials, and equipment before starting production.
• Monitor molding parameters and ensure compliance with process settings.
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections and complete required checklists and production records.
• Ensure molded components meet quality standards and production specifications.
• Report non-conforming materials, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations to the Section Supervisor.
• Maintain molds, tools, machines, and the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental procedures during production activities.
