Job summary

Electrical Industries Company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, seeks an experienced Production Engineer to review manufacturing drawings and work instructions, provide technical support, and ensure compliance with production requirements.

You will monitor processes, identify productivity improvements, investigate issues with root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions, coordinating with Quality Planning, Design and Maintenance teams to keep production flowing.

Qualifications

• Experience reviewing manufacturing drawings and work instructions.
• Ability to explain engineering drawings to production staff.
• Strong communication and computer literacy.
• Experience supervising section supervisors and technicians.
• Internal ISO knowledge in Integrated and OH&S management systems.

Responsibilities

• Review manufacturing drawings specifications and work instructions to ensure compliance with production requirements.
• Provide technical support to production teams and resolve day to day manufacturing issues.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Investigate production problems, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Quality Planning, Design and Maintenance departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental and company procedures and standards.
• Prepare production reports, monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve production targets.
• Participate in IMS OHS team chart and represent the department on external audits occasions.

Having internal ISO Knowledge in Integrated and OH&S Management Systems.

Educational Requirements: BE/BS/BTECH in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
