Job summary

Electrical Industries Company is seeking a skilled technician in Saudi Arabia to read engineering drawings, prepare molds, cast components, and ensure quality throughout the process. You will perform mold assembly, resin mixing, curing, and maintain strict safety and cleanliness in the production area.

Responsibilities include verifying dimensions, recording checklists, and promptly reporting any deviations to supervisors; you must meet production targets while adhering to procedures and safety

Qualifications

• Read and understand engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of assembly techniques and quality requirements.
• Basic understanding of safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand relevant manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and process requirements.
• Prepare molds, casting equipment, and materials according to production specifications.
• Perform mold assembly, and preparation activities, ensuring proper positioning and securing of coils and components before casting.
• Carry out resin mixing, molding, casting and curing activities in accordance with approved procedures and process parameters.
• Verify dimensions, clearances, and visual quality requirements, and complete the required checklists and production records.
• Report any non-conforming materials, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations to the Leadman or Section Supervisor.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in a clean, organized and safe condition while complying with all safety and quality requirements.
• Achieve production targets within the specified time frame and quality standards, following the instructions of the leadman and section supervisor.
