Job summary

The role focuses on producing windings within the specified time and quality level, maintaining tools and the work area in a clean, safe condition, and reporting non-conformances or deviations to the Section Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of winding techniques, and quality requirements.
• Basic understanding of safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the relevant manufacturing drawings, work instructions and process requirements.
• Operate winding machines and perform winding activities according to production specifications.
• Ensure all the measurement are within tolerance and fill the ckecklist.
• Make sure that the required windings are produced within the specified time and required quality level.
• Report any non-conforming materials, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations to the Section Supervisor.
• Maintain, tools, equipment, and the work area in a clean, organized and safe condition while complying with all safety and quality requirements.
• Achieve production targets within the specified time frame and quality standards, following the instructions of the Section Supervisor.
