Job summary

Electrical Industries Company in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced molding operator to support dry type transformer production. You will read drawings, set up molds, and run molding machines to meet production targets.

You will monitor molding parameters, maintain tools and equipment, and perform dimensional inspections while completing required production records. A strong emphasis on safety, quality, and clean working practices is essential, with adherence to environmental procedures

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Knowledge of molding processes and equipment operation.
• Basic safety knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or similar.

Job Responsibilities

• Read and understand manufacturing drawings work instructions and process requirements related to transformer molding operations
• Operate molding machines and associated equipment for dry type transformer production
• Prepare molds materials and equipment before starting production
• Monitor molding parameters and ensure compliance with specified process settings
• Perform dimensional and visual inspections and complete required checklists and production records
• Ensure molded components meet quality standards and production specifications
• Report any non-conforming materials equipment malfunctions or process deviations to the Section Supervisor
• Maintain molds tools machines and the work area in a clean organized and safe condition
• Follow all safety quality and environmental procedures during production activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-5 Years of experience in molding operations, preferably in dry type transformer manufacturing or a related industrial environment.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions.
• Knowledge of molding processes, equipment operation, and process controls.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Basic understanding of safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.
• High School /Diploma in Electrical , Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or equivalent.
