Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field.
• 5–8 years in document control or project administration in construction.
• Experience with document management platforms (Aconex, Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, SharePoint, ProjectWise).

Responsibilities

• Manage document coding, numbering, revision control, and transmittals.
• Maintain registers, submission logs, comment trackers and archives.
• Support quality control activities and deliverable checks.
