Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate between stores and supply chain functions to ensure timely resolution of operational issues and seamless service delivery.
• Analyze stock levels, overstock, damaged, and expired items to support data-driven decisions that minimize losses and improve inventory efficiency.
• Prepare and execute store pre-issues and stock adjustments in the system to ensure accurate inventory records and smooth operational flow.
• Respond to internal customer inquiries and requests related to supply chain operations to ensure prompt assistance and high satisfaction levels.
• Monitor and report recurring store issues and bottlenecks to support continuous improvement in logistics and planning processes.
• Collaborate with the logistics, planning, and inventory control teams to ensure timely stock movements, replenishments, and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of store requests, stock adjustments, and issue resolutions to ensure traceability and compliance with internal procedures.
• Identify and elevate critical operational challenges to ensure timely intervention and avoid business disruptions.
• Support system updates and process improvements within the helpdesk function to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience for internal stakeholders.
