JobCenter in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a part-time role. You will coordinate and manage all aspects of the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of goods. This position requires good organizational skills, ability to work independently and in a team, and proficiency with Excel for data analysis.

Pakistani nationality is preferred. English and Urdu communication is expected; knowledge of transportation regulations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pakistani nationality preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu (Arabic is a plus).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of the supply chain process, including transportation, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate records of inventory levels.
• Monitor supply chain performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding transportation and logistics.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Develop relationships with key suppliers to negotiate pricing and terms.
