Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Property Development, Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Real Estate Development or related field preferred.
• 10–12 years in retail or mixed-use development, with managerial experience.
• Professional certifications (RICS, ULI, PMI, CIOB, ICSC) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning, implementation and execution of retail developments from concept to opening.
• Lead development strategies, schedules, roadmaps, and governance to meet objectives.
• Provide direction on asset positioning, retail concepts and commercial requirements.
• Ensure governance, investment parameters and approvals are met.
• Lead end‑to‑end development across life cycle including feasibility, design, procurement, construction and activation.
• Establish reporting and assurance processes across asset portfolios.
• Coordinate with Leasing, Tenancy Delivery, Asset Management and Operations for opening readiness.
• Develop asset strategies, tenant mix, market positioning and commercial opportunities.
• Manage procurement of consultants and align stakeholders across teams.
