Job summary

Hill International in Saudi Arabia seeks a Head of Workers' Welfare & Wellbeing to lead the enterprise welfare strategy and ESG commitments, guiding risk and compliance while representing the client in key stakeholder discussions.

You will build governance, oversee assurance processes, and drive labor rights compliance across multi-contractor environments to meet international frameworks and Saudi labor law.

Qualifications

• KSA national; preferred advanced degree in related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred for senior leadership.
• Experience in welfare, human rights, labor relations, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a Workers' Welfare & Wellbeing strategy aligned with ESG commitments.
• Establish governance structures to integrate welfare into project planning and execution.
• Provide executive-level advice on welfare performance, human rights risks, and regulatory compliance.
