Qualifications

• 20+ years of development experience.
• Minimum 10 years leading major retail-led, mixed-use, public realm or destination developments.
• Proven client-side experience managing complex retail, F&B, public realm and multi-asset developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development strategy and business plan for the retail, F&B public realm and public space portfolio within the Urban Core.
• Accountability for development outcomes, commercial performance, placemaking quality and integration across assets.
• Direct development activities from feasibility through delivery, leasing enablement and activation.
