Job summary

Ultimate Peaks is retained on a confidential search for a major Saudi logistics and transport group. A Director will own how jobs are sized, graded, priced and measured across the group.

The role involves job architecture, evaluation, grade structure, and leading compensation and performance processes. Successful candidates will have deep experience in recognised job evaluation methods, with the standing to defend grades to Chief Officers and to author reward papers for board approval.

Qualifications

• Genuine job evaluation depth in a recognised method, applied in practice.

Responsibilities

• Define job architecture, job evaluation and the grade structure across the group.
• Design compensation and benefits, pay ranges and the annual review cycle.
• Lead performance management: calibration, cycle and rating standards.
• Oversee organisation design, structure, spans and layers.
• Prepare reward submissions to the board remuneration committee.
