Job summary

Ultimate Peaks invites a Director to lead its regional HR Business Partners and improve the quality of people decisions across the business. The role covers the Kingdom and international operations, with accountability for hiring, probation, structure, and capability.

You will lead first-line employee relations in the region, maintain site presence on a published rota, and manage the intake route for every people request. Arabic and English are essential; Saudi nationals are strongly encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with senior leaders and managing relationships across functions.
• Ability to read a business: cost, volume, attrition, productivity.
• Comfort with ambiguity and conflict.
• Willingness to travel to sites regularly.
• Arabic and English language proficiency.
