Job summary

Confidential Government in Riyadh is seeking an experienced communications specialist to supervise support activities for all initiatives and external collaborations. You will coordinate awareness and educational programs, monitor media campaigns, and coordinate timing with relevant departments.

You will supervise initiative timelines, prepare reports, and resolve issues affecting effectiveness. You will also propose improvements, ensure adherence to work regulations and cybersecurity policies,

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media or related field.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the provision of support activities for all initiatives and activities of the entity with external entities.
• Supervises the process of organizing and implementing awareness and educational programs within the entity’s program plan.
• Monitors the preparation and arrangement of media campaigns and determines the appropriate timing and target segment in coordination with the relevant departments within the entity.
• Supervises the management of initiatives and activities in accordance with the timelines, prepares related reports, and manages/resolves any issues related to effectiveness.
• Monitors the implementation of initiatives and activities and proposes improvement recommendations.
• Reviews the submission of periodic reports that include the initiatives and activities currently undertaken by the department.
• Contributes to providing media support for the entity’s initiatives and business sectors.
• Complies with the entity’s work regulations and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and the procedures of the organizational unit.
• Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.
