Job summary

Confidential Government in Riyadh region seeks an experienced strategic advisor to support senior leadership in implementing initiatives and shaping high-level proposals. The role involves preparing executive studies and insights, guiding strategic projects, and assessing policy impacts.

You will monitor trends, drive continuous improvements in operations, and develop governance frameworks in collaboration with government and private entities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the same field.
• Bachelor's degree in any field related to the job.

Responsibilities

• Assists in implementing the topics and tasks assigned by senior leadership, and provides high‑level proposals regarding strategic initiatives.
• Prepares studies, executive summaries, and insights on strategic topics, and provides recommendations to leadership.
• Participates in and supports strategic initiatives and projects, and oversees their implementation.
• Keeps abreast of the latest trends in the area of specialization, identifies continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes, and oversees the implementation of these initiatives.
• Collects, studies, and analyzes experiences and practices related to policy development, studies the possibility and feasibility of benefiting from them, and applies the appropriate ones.
• Analyzes the energy system and the extent to which internal and external factors affect the overall framework of work policies, presents them to the concerned parties, and prepares the policies in their final form.
• Prepares specialized documents and reports, provides appropriate recommendations and suitable solutions, and presents and clarifies them.
• Plans and conducts the research and surveys requested by leadership.
• Provides specialized professional opinions, memoranda, reports, and studies on various matters related to specialized advisory affairs that are of interest to leadership.
• Develops, reviews, and implements the strategic relations strategy and plan of leadership, and activates the relationship with governmental and private entities.
