Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline preferred.
• CFA/CPA/ACCA/FRM/MBA or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financing strategies for major development programs and projects.
• Oversee feasibility studies, business cases, investment analyses and funding assessments.
• Develop capital structures and funding models to support project delivery.
• Engage with banks, investors, and sovereign entities for funding.
• Direct debt raising, refinancing, project finance, and capital market activities.
• Evaluate opportunities and partnerships to optimize financial outcomes.
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses, and scenario planning.
• Monitor liquidity, capital deployment, and financing risks.
• Provide strategic financial recommendations to executive leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project objectives.
