Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Manager - Development to drive major development initiatives from early planning through execution. You will shape decisions on project direction, delivery strategy, and governance while coordinating with internal teams and external partners across the project lifecycle.

The role requires leading cross-functional teams, rigorous budgeting and scheduling, and hands-on Excel-based financial modeling or Power BI reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 9–12 years of experience in large-scale real estate or development projects.
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excel-based financial modeling and/or Power BI experience.
• Native-level English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of large-scale development projects.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors through delivery milestones.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market assessments to support development decisions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and project governance.
