Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh seeks a Director, Development to lead planning, development, and delivery of retail assets from concept to operational opening, ensuring strategic objectives, commercial performance, and tenant readiness.

You will direct governance, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end development lifecycle, overseeing budgets, schedules, risk, and value optimization for high-performing assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development, Property Development, Urban Planning, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in retail development or related fields, with managerial exposure.
• Professional certifications or memberships with real estate, retail, or project management institutes are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning, implementation, and execution of retail developments from concept to opening.
• Lead development strategies, schedules, and roadmaps to meet time, cost, quality, and commercial targets.
• Ensure governance, stakeholder alignment, and regulatory compliance across projects.
• Oversee leasing, tenant delivery, activation, and handover to operations.
