Job summary

Ultimate Peaks in Riyadh is seeking a Director of Security to own the protection of the company’s national network, estates and fleets. This role is about accountability for the integrity of everything that moves, sits or is stored under the group's name.

You will lead a distributed frontline Saudi workforce, implement asset protection across logistics and high‑volume operations, and ensure CCTV, access control and physical security standards are integrated and upgraded.

Qualifications

• Experience running security across multiple sites rather than a single post.
• Background in asset protection or loss prevention in high-volume environments.
• Ability to lead a large frontline Saudi workforce and develop a career path for them.
• Proficiency in Arabic is essential.

Job description

The client is appointing a Director to own security and asset protection across its national network, together with the estate and fleet that keep that network moving. This is not a guarding role. It is accountability for the integrity of everything that moves, sits or is stored under the group's name.

The mandate

• Security operations across every site in the Kingdom, run as one system rather than a collection of posts
• Asset protection, loss prevention and loss investigation, with the numbers to show it is working
• CCTV, access control and physical security systems: standards, upgrades and integration
• Facilities, utilities and the estate that supports the network
• Fleet: compliance, utilisation and cost

What we are looking for

• You have run a distributed security operation across many sites, not one
• You have done asset protection or loss prevention in logistics, retail or a comparable high-volume environment
• You can lead a large frontline Saudi workforce and are serious about building a career path for it
• You bring facilities and fleet competence, or the judgement to hire it beneath you and hold it to account
• Arabic is essential
