Job summary

Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is seeking a Director to own security and asset protection across the national network in Saudi Arabia. This role is accountable for protecting assets, leading a large frontline Saudi workforce, and ensuring protective measures span estates and fleets, not just guarding sites.

You will oversee security operations across sites, manage loss prevention with measurable results, and drive CCTV, access control, and security system integration while ensuring facilities,

Qualifications

• Distributed security operation across many sites at scale.
• Asset protection or loss prevention in logistics, retail or high-volume env.
• Lead a large frontline Saudi workforce and build a career path for it.
• Facilities and fleet competence or ability to hire and oversee it.
• Arabic language is essential.

Responsibilities

• Security operations across every site in the Kingdom, run as one system.
• Asset protection, loss investigations with measurable results.
• CCTV, access control and physical security systems upgrades and integration.
• Facilities, utilities and the estate that supports the network.
• Fleet: compliance, utilisation and cost management.
