Job summary

The Client is appointing a Director to own security and asset protection across its national network in Saudi Arabia. This role is accountable for the integrity of everything that moves, sits or is stored under the group’s name, not a guarding position.

You will unify security operations across sites, lead a large Saudi frontline workforce, and drive asset protection, loss prevention and fleet security programs.

Qualifications

• You must have run a distributed security operation across many sites.
• Experience in asset protection or loss prevention in logistics, retail or high-volume environment.
• Ability to lead large frontline Saudi workforce and build a career path for it.
• Facilities and fleet competence or the judgement to hire it beneath you and hold it to account.
• Arabic language is essential.
• Understand the difference between guarding a site and protecting an asset.
• Open to Saudi nationals.
