Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.

• Mentor and develop the commercial team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in commercial management or contract negotiation within the construction, real estate sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and contracts.
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
• Proficiency in commercial management tools and software.
