Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development process for residential projects, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of Qiddiya
• Actively engage in feasibility studies, land acquisition, and project planning efforts
• Supervise project teams while collaborating with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and risk assessments throughout the development lifecycle
• Foster relationships with local authorities and stakeholders to facilitate project approvals and compliance with regulations
• Monitor market trends and best practices to ensure our developments meet current demands and future expectations
• Deliver project updates and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders, highlighting progress and addressing challenges as they arise

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in residential development management
• Demonstrated experience in delivering successful residential projects, with a comprehensive understanding of all development phases
• Strong background in real estate markets within the Middle East region
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Experience with project management software and tools, ensuring efficient project tracking and reporting
