Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a seasoned Director of Commercial - Residential to drive the commercial strategy for its residential developments. You will oversee procurement, contracts, budgets, and stakeholder relations, guiding a high-performing team to deliver value and mitigate risk.

The role requires deep expertise in the full project lifecycle, cross-functional leadership, and a proven track record in large-scale residential ventures within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a relevant field; advanced qualifications are preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of commercial management experience in the residential property sector, with a deep understanding of the complete project lifecycle.
• Strong financial acumen and expertise in contract negotiation and management.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of successfully navigating cross-functional operations.
• Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute the strategic commercial framework for all residential initiatives, aligning with Qiddiya's broader corporate vision.
• Lead and inspire a high-performance team of commercial professionals tasked with managing procurement, contracts, and financial aspects of residential projects.
• Negotiate contracts and manage vendor and contractor relationships to secure optimal outcomes for Qiddiya’s residential developments.
• Oversee project financials, including budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting, ensuring projects are delivered within financial targets.
• Mitigate risks and ensure compliance with contractual obligations, regulations, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project management, construction, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, local authorities, and community groups.
• Provide mentorship and professional guidance to the commercial team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
