Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, office leasing, asset management, or real estate advisory.
• Proven record leasing Grade A commercial office developments and securing major corporate occupiers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial office leasing strategy across the portfolio.
• Identify and secure local, regional, and international occupiers.
• Lead lease negotiations and structure deals balancing performance and long-term objectives.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, development, operations and asset management teams.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective tenants across target sectors.
• Mentor leasing professionals and promote a high-performance culture.
