Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Director - Head of Leasing - Commercial Office to lead leasing strategies for its large-scale commercial offices, driving occupancy and tenant satisfaction while aligning with the company’s vision to be a premier destination for business.

You will lead a team, cultivate tenant relations, analyze markets, negotiate favorable terms, and collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure compliant, high-impact leasing programs across major projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• At least 12-15 years of experience in commercial leasing or property management, preferably within large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing leasing strategies that drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Thorough understanding of commercial real estate markets and leasing regulations.
• Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret complex data for informed decision-making.
• Proficiency in leasing management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies for commercial office spaces that align with Qiddiya's strategic objectives.
• Lead and mentor the leasing team, fostering a culture of excellence and strong performance.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and feasibility studies to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the commercial real estate sector.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential tenants, brokers, and industry partners to promote leasing opportunities.
• Negotiate lease agreements, focusing on favorable terms that benefit both Qiddiya and tenants.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design effective promotional campaigns aimed at attracting tenants.
• Monitor leasing performance metrics, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to commercial leasing.
• Implement tenant engagement initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
