Qiddiya Investment Company seeks a Senior Director - Head of Leasing for Commercial Office to lead leasing strategies and drive high occupancy across flagship office spaces. You will mentor a leasing team, build strong tenant relations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a productive business environment on large-scale projects.

The role demands extensive experience, strategic thinking, and deep knowledge of real estate markets and negotiations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• 12–15 years of experience in commercial leasing or property management, preferably within large-scale projects.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing leasing strategies that drive occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies for commercial office spaces that align with Qiddiya's objectives.
• Lead and mentor the leasing team, fostering a culture of excellence and strong performance.
• Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies to identify trends and opportunities in the commercial real estate sector.
• Establish and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and industry partners to promote leasing opportunities.
• Negotiate lease agreements with favorable terms for Qiddiya and tenants.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design promotional campaigns to attract tenants.
• Monitor leasing performance metrics, analyze results, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices related to commercial leasing.
• Implement tenant engagement initiatives to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.
