Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a seasoned Director - Leasing (Commercial Offices) to lead the leasing strategy and execution for our commercial office portfolio in Riyadh. Reporting to the Head of Leasing, you will drive occupier demand, secure strategic tenants, and build long-term relationships with multinational corporations and government entities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
12–15 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, office leasing, asset management, or advisory.
Track record leasing Grade A commercial office developments to multinational corporations and government entities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement the commercial office leasing strategy across Qiddiya's portfolio.
Identify and secure local, regional, and international occupiers.
Lead lease negotiations and major commercial transactions.
Coordinate with legal, finance, development, operations, and asset management teams.
Maintain leasing forecasts, pipeline reporting, and performance metrics.
Mentor leasing professionals and promote a high-performance culture.
