Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly experienced Director of Leasing (Commercial Offices) to lead the leasing strategy for its commercial office portfolio. Reporting to the Head of Leasing, you will drive occupier demand, secure strategic tenants, and nurture relationships across local, regional, and international markets.

The role requires a strong market knowledge, exceptional relationship management, and a proven track record in leasing Grade A office assets to multinational

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 12-15 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing, office leasing, asset management, or real estate advisory.
• Demonstrated experience leasing Grade A commercial office developments and business districts.
• Proven track record securing major corporate occupiers, multinational organisations, and anchor tenants.
• Experience working with developers, institutional investors, REITs, or major mixed-use developments.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabian and regional commercial office markets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the commercial office leasing strategy across Qiddiya's portfolio in collaboration with the Head of Leasing.
• Identify, target, and secure local, regional, and international occupiers aligned with Qiddiya's vision and objectives.
• Develop leasing plans to maximise occupancy, rental income, tenant quality, and long-term asset value.
• Contribute to market positioning, pricing strategies, and tenant mix recommendations.
• Monitor market trends, occupier requirements, and workplace trends to inform leasing initiatives.
