Job summary

Chedi Hospitality seeks a Digital & E-Commerce Executive to drive online revenue, direct bookings, and digital presence across channels. You will manage the hotel website, OTA extranets, and digital marketing campaigns to optimize performance and guest engagement.

Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management, Reservations, and Corporate Marketing to ensure brand consistency and effective promotions across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Hospitality, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years' experience in hotel e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality.
• Proficiency in OTA extranets, Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CMS platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of SynXis, Ideas RMS, or similar hospitality systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Execute the hotel's digital and e-commerce strategy.
• Monitor website performance, direct bookings, and digital revenue.
• Analyze performance and prepare monthly reports with recommendations.
• Manage and update the hotel's website and content.
• Coordinate website enhancements with Corporate Marketing.
• Manage OTA extranets and maintain rate parity, inventory, and content accuracy.
• Monitor OTA performance and implement promotional opportunities.
• Ensure consistency across all distribution channels.
• Support SEO, SEM, Google Ads, CRM, and email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI.
• Coordinate digital promotions and marketing initiatives.
• Track website traffic, booking trends, and campaign performance using Google Analytics.
• Prepare regular performance reports and competitor analysis.
• Monitor online guest reviews and coordinate responses with Operations.
