Job summary

EWAA Hotels is seeking an Assistant E-Commerce Manager to support and develop the group’s online sales and distribution channels. You will monitor OTA platforms, optimize rates and content, and coordinate with Revenue Management, Sales, Marketing, and hotel operations to maximize online revenue and improve the guest booking experience.

You will oversee daily online performance, ensure accurate rates, availability, and room types across channels, and assist in implementing e-commerce strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 2–4 years of hotel e-commerce or online distribution experience.
• Hotel experience is mandatory for this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the hotel group’s e-commerce and online distribution activities.
• Monitor major OTA platforms and online booking channels.
• Ensure accurate rates, availability, and content across online channels.
• Analyze online bookings, revenue, and trends to optimize performance.
• Coordinate with Revenue Management, Sales, and Marketing to maximize online revenue.
