Job summary

Islamic Development Bank seeks a capable Digital Marketing & Web Platforms Lead to oversee corporate websites, digital platforms and social media, ensuring security, performance and accessibility. You will coordinate hosting, domains and infrastructure, manage vendors, and drive digital transformation initiatives while supporting events and CRM workflows.

The role requires 5+ years in digital marketing/communications, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and English proficiency among Bank languages.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of Digital Marketing and Communications experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business Administration or related field.
• Professional certifications are a plus.
• Ability to communicate in two Bank languages (Arabic, English, French) with English essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of corporate websites and digital platforms.
• Coordinate hosting, domain, DNS, SSL, and infrastructure needs.
• Manage social media accounts, content publishing and analytics.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives and vendor projects.
• Provide CRM support and assist events logistics and digital documentation.
