Job summary

Squadio is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager in Riyadh to lead the development and execution of the marketing strategy. You will oversee digital campaigns, brand management, and paid advertising while coordinating with an external agency to drive growth, awareness, and customer acquisition.

The role requires 5+ years in marketing management or digital marketing, fluency in Arabic and English, and deep knowledge of Saudi digital consumer behavior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing management or digital marketing.
• Proven experience managing external marketing agencies.
• Strong knowledge of ad platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat).
• Advanced analytical skills using GA4, Appsflyer, Firebase, CRM, etc.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the marketing strategy overseeing all internal and external activities.
• Manage the daily relationship with the marketing agency and monitor ad campaign performance.
• Define target audiences and create tailored acquisition plans.
• Supervise content creation with the agency (copy, visuals, videos, influencer collaborations).
• Analyze marketing data to evaluate performance and improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Build and maintain a strong digital presence across TikTok, Instagram, Google, and Snapchat.
• Collaborate with product and tech teams to ensure consistent marketing and in-app messaging.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on marketing KPIs and strategic recommendations.
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to connect marketing impact to business outcomes.
