Job summary

Informa Group Plc. is seeking a Digital Operations contingent worker in Riyadh to support the delivery of digital event platforms across multiple events. The role covers setup, configuration, testing, user onboarding, and ongoing platform support in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with show teams and external suppliers, manage inputs and timelines, and help QA and readiness checks to ensure a smooth attendee, exhibitor, and speaker experience during a busy delivery period.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in digital operations, event technology, or delivery-focused roles.
• Hands-on rollout and support of SaaS platforms, including setup, configuration and onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end setup, configuration, and delivery of digital event platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect content, data, and requirements for platform configuration.
• Act as day-to-day delivery contact with show teams; provide progress updates and resolve issues.
• Assist users with onboarding, guidance, and basic troubleshooting for smooth adoption.
• Carry out functional checks and user-journey testing before launch; ensure readiness.
• Support collection of usage data and report platform performance and recurring issues.
