Job summary

Informagroupplc seeks a Digital Operations contingent worker to support peak delivery periods. You will help plan, configure, test, and day-to-day deliver digital platforms used across events, ensuring attendee, exhibitor, speaker and organiser experiences are accurate and smooth.

This 6-month assignment focuses on execution and delivery support. You will collaborate with show teams and suppliers, coordinate inputs, perform quality checks, and help manage multiple events across workstreams

Qualifications

• Experience in digital operations or event technology delivery.
• Hands-on rollout and operational support of SaaS platforms.
• Ability to coordinate inputs, timelines and stakeholders.
• Comfort with fast-paced delivery and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end setup, configuration, and delivery of digital event platforms.
• Coordinate inputs with internal teams and suppliers to meet timelines.
• Provide onboarding, user guidance and basic troubleshooting for stakeholders.
• Carry out quality checks, issue tracking and readiness reviews for launches.
• Assist with collecting usage data and documenting improvement opportunities.
