Job summary

Tahaluf is seeking a Digital Operations contingent worker in Riyadh for a 6-month assignment, focused on hands-on setup, configuration, and delivery of digital platforms across our events. You will coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timely, accurate platform setups for attendee, exhibitor, speaker, and organiser experiences.

Qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, operations, IT, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with digital operations and event technology.

Responsibilities

• Platform setup, configuration, and end-to-end delivery of digital event platforms.
• Act as day-to-day delivery contact with show teams and suppliers.
• Onboard users and provide platform guidance and basic troubleshooting.
• Carry out functional checks and readiness testing before launches.
• Help collect usage data and identify improvement opportunities.
