Job summary

Galderma is seeking a Medical Representative for the Dermatological Skincare Hospital Line in Jeddah. The role focuses on executing field visits to pharmacies and HCPs, building strong professional relationships, and promoting Galderma brands with scientific accuracy.

The ideal candidate has a science/pharmacy degree and 2–3 years of dermatology sales experience, with strong analytical and organizational skills. This is a full-time, on-site position in Jeddah.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (science/pharmacy) or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in dermatology.
• Analytical, organized, and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Visit pharmacies, pharmacists and HCPs per plan.
• Build long-term relationships with pharmacists and retail stakeholders.
• Promote Galderma brands with scientific messaging and customer service.
• Ensure visibility and positioning of products in pharmacies.
• Monitor stock levels and avoid shortages across accounts.
• Implement marketing plans, in-store activations and promotions.
• Deliver product detailing and educational sessions to staff.
• Organize pharmacy-focused meetings and promotional events.
• Educate on the Integrated Dermatology Strategy to drive cross-selling.
• Manage resources efficiently and align with priorities.
• Track sales performance and market trends; propose action plans.
• Submit accurate activity and performance reports.
• Monitor competitors and market dynamics for risks and opportunities.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.
• Report pharmacovigilance cases according to policy.
