You will coordinate planning, governance, and reporting across multiple workstreams within a demanding, multi-stakeholder environment.

The role requires strong organization, governance, risk management, and the ability to manage complex schedules, RAID logs, and stakeholder engagements with client, technical, commercial, and delivery

Qualifikationen

• Degree in project management, engineering, construction, business management or related field.
• Professional project management certification desirable (PRINCE2, PMP, etc.).
• 5+ years' experience delivering or supporting infrastructure or major capital projects.
• Strong governance, reporting, and scheduling knowledge.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders across client, contractor, and delivery teams.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate day-to-day infrastructure project activities across workstreams.
• Support planning and delivery of new-build and refurbishment within a complex programme.
• Maintain relationships with client representatives, leadership, technical teams, and contractors.
• Plan, coordinate and administer project meetings and governance forums.
• Maintain schedules, milestone trackers, and delivery plans.
• Prepare reports, briefings, and governance submissions.
• Maintain RAID records and manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate actions and approvals through governance and assurance.
• Maintain document control and project information arrangements.
• Support business case, procurement, and commercial activities.
• Provide delivery oversight and ensure timely progression.
• Promote professional project-management practices.
