Job summary

Wrrk is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to lead the Debit Diversification program in Saudi Arabia. This role aims to increase credit and prepaid card penetration among existing Visa Debit Cardholders by overseeing telesales hiring, supervision, training and performance tracking.

You will manage a cross-bank team across seven banks, drive outbound sales, develop robust reporting, and ensure timely delivery within budget. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Debit Diversification Program ensuring timely delivery of all components.
• Recruit, train and manage a telesales team across banks to drive outbound sales.
• Implement robust tracking systems to measure activity and impact.
• Develop reports and templates for program updates and stakeholder communication.
• Engage with key stakeholders from leading banks in KSA to facilitate execution.
• Organize sales competitions and incentive programs to motivate teams.
• Oversee program budget and resource allocation for cost-effectiveness.
