Job summary

Synechron in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Service Delivery Manager (Cards & Payments) with 10–20 years of experience to lead end-to-end delivery for card operations and payment platforms. You will be the primary client and cross‑functional liaison, ensure SLAs and KPIs, and drive incident, change, and release management, while aligning with regulatory and audit requirements.

8+ years in IT service delivery, production support, or application management.
Strong knowledge of Cards & Payments systems.
Fluent in Arabic with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end service delivery for Cards & Payments apps and platforms.
Act as primary contact for clients, business stakeholders, and technology teams.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, service governance and operational excellence.
Lead incident, problem and change management for payment systems.
Monitor production environments to ensure high availability of payment services.
Coordinate with application support, infrastructure, vendor and business teams to resolve issues.
Conduct service review meetings and present performance reports to stakeholders.
Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and process optimization.
Manage regulatory, compliance and audit requirements related to payment operations.
Support project transitions, releases, upgrades and production deployments.
