Saraj Venue in Riyadh} is seeking a skilled Demi Chef de Partie for the Cold Kitchen to join our culinary team. You will prepare salads, dressings, cold appetizers, sandwiches, wraps and canapés.

You will also assemble cold cuts, cheese platters and other garde manger items to support banquet and outside catering events. Ideal candidates bring strong mise en place, food presentation skills and strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards to maintain high-quality service for premium

Formación

• Experience in cold kitchen and garde manger operations.
• Ability to prepare salads, dressings and canapés.
• Strong food safety and hygiene practices.
