Job summary

AmCan International Group in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Data Entry Clerk & Warehouse Coordinator to support sales, inventory, and logistics operations. You will enter and update data in the ERP and Excel, generate daily and weekly reports, and coordinate with the warehouse and drivers to ensure timely deliveries.

The role combines data entry with warehouse coordination, requiring strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and good communication to track orders and documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
• Experience in FMCG, trading, retail, or warehouse sector.
• Experience in Warehouse Management and Operations.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data organization.
• Good communication skills and the ability to follow up on pending tasks.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data accurately in the system and Excel sheets.
• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly Excel reports.
• Follow up with drivers regarding deliveries, collection schedules, and required documents.
• Coordinate and follow up with the warehouse team regarding order preparation, dispatch, delivery status, and stock related updates.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are properly filed.
• Support the Operations and Supply Chain team with general administrative and reporting tasks.
