Job summary

WSP in the Middle East is seeking a Design Manager in Riyadh to lead multidisciplinary design teams within Property and Buildings, with a focus on data centre projects. You will coordinate architecture, structural, MEP, ICT, life safety, infrastructure and utilities to deliver high‑quality designs that meet client, regulatory and project requirements, while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in project/design management within a design practice.
Experience leading multidisciplinary Data Centre projects.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design process for Data Centre design from concept to construction coordination.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architecture, structural, MEP, ICT, life safety, infrastructure and utilities.
Serve as client interface, manage scope, schedule, and budget.
Promote design excellence and alignment with quality, digital, and sustainability standards.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
